RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We believe it is very important for you to be happy with your purchase and we will try our best to solve any problems you come across with our products and service. We have a great returns and exchange policy and we always do our best to find the best solution for you.

THE PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT, PLEASE HELP

We’re sorry to hear that the product doesn’t fit! We have a 14 days money back guarantee on any of our products. Please contact us via the form on our contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Usually we will ask you to print out a return label which will make shipping the product back to us free. We will then send you a new product or give you a refund for your order.

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECT

We’re sorry to hear that the product is defect! We have a 14 days money back guarantee on any of our products. Simply contact us within 14 days after receiving your package via the form on our contact page and we will solve this for you. We will ask you to send us pictures of the broken product. In some cases we will ask you to ship us back the product.

IT HAS BEEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET

Most of our products get delivered within a month. Our system usually automatically sends out an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received a tracking number within a week after your purchase, feel free to shoot us a message for an update.

We’ve experienced some customer email providers label our automatic emails as spam so it could be that our emails got lost. Some of our products get shipped directly from our designers overseas, so it could be that your package gets held up by customs as they sometimes pick random packages for extra screening. Feel free to contact us through our contact page if you have any questions regarding your order.

THE PACKAGE GOT LOST

We’ve got a great shipping insurance, so if somehow your package gets lost during shipping, we will be able to refund you for a full amount, or send you a new one. Feel free to contact us through our contact page if you have any questions regarding your order.

I RECEIVED ONLY A PART OF MY ORDER

Sometimes we send out our products from different warehouses, so it could be that one or two items arrive on a different day.
